There are
many benefits in choosing Quality Entertainment for your special
day. First, when you leave from meeting with Jason Canaan you
will know the name of your disc jockey. Your contract has one
value, there are no "scheduling" concerns when you
reserve your disc jockey, and you will know who this person is
before you sign the contract. Unlike other agencies &
entertainment firms, you will not hear from your disc jockey two
weeks prior to your wedding. This promise we make to you is
where your peace of mind begins.... You
can be in contact with our office anytime with any questions you
have, you will meet your disc jockey personally within a
reasonable amount of time to insure you are comfortable with
them, and you will have a copy of any details or notes we take
upon our initial meeting.
We will
decide as a company and encourage you as a couple to determine your
comfort level with our company and us with you. We will provide you with
the best entertainment tailored the way you want, and confirm every last
detail with you at least 30-days prior to your event, that's a guarantee
we put in writing. We want to meet
with you and discuss your special day before insisting that you use
Quality Entertainment, just to make sure we can do exactly what you
want.
The last
month before your reception should be spent with anticipation as your
wedding day approaches, and when it comes to your disc jockey we promise
you will have nothing to be concerned with! Our company will never
reserve more events than we can handle. You will find with any larger
company that "quantity" does not always result in
"Quality". Rest assured you will receive the same Quality of
Service from when you contact us until your last guest departs!
Quality
Entertainment Packages
We
have packages available which should determine if
Quality Entertainment is the best choice for your
wedding. You are never without choice and if material
that is sent to you based on pricing or services offered
does not meet your needs, we can customize our service
to your taste. Our extremely popular "Platinum
Wedding Entertainment Package" will include music for your cocktail hour
with entertainment up to 4
hours. Unlimited pre-event consultation also includes: a
customized reception schedule with a finalized timeline
emailed to you, formal announcements with introductions,
and all of the other wedding formalities you wish and
detailed just the way you want it. Today's couple likes
to have even more fun at their reception. Should you
need 5 hours of service or more; our "Elite Wedding
Entertainment" should suit you perfectly. Our Elite
package optionally includes same-site ceremony services,
and additionally up to 5 hours of entertainment.
We
have offered consistent pricing that hasn't changed for
the past few years. There are no extra charges such as
lock fees to guarantee any disc jockey for your
event, no hidden costs, or additional sound
upgrades to be tempted with when our initial meeting is
scheduled. You
will be provided with a comprehensive pricing structure
that details everything inclusively. We are glad to have
the opportunity in providing you with entertainment just the way you vision it.
Our
packages offer details including as many hours as you
like, disc jockey & coordinator options, background
music & small microphone system for the rehearsal
dinner, and nothing short of a microphone for the minister during the ceremony!
Online
Wedding Planning
In addition to always
raising the bar for how we provide customer service to our bridal
clients thru this website you will detail your reception just how
you want it -- when you want to do it. From the time you sign your
contract until 10 days before your wedding date you will have
unlimited access to our online
planning forms that is sectioned with ease and is fun to use.
It breaks down into options such as your planning form, timeline,
music selection, and if you want you can make payments to your
contract anytime you like. If for any reason online planning isn't
for you, we have a paper version that is very easy to use and
gives you a professional guide in making wedding decisions.
The very special features with the online music selection form is
that it links to apple's iTunes if you would like to listen to
samples or purchase songs for your own personal enjoyment plus as
you choose songs for your reception it lets you know how many
songs you've chosen and how much time it will consume. So for
example if you were to choose 21 songs for your MUST PLAY list it
will let you know in advance that you've chosen 1 hour and 13
minutes of music when we've estimated you have 2 hours of dance
time. That makes it really easy to narrow down those "MUST
HAVE" tunes for your reception.
Quality Entertainment performs between 35 and 50 weddings for our
countries military each year. Which means that we deal quite often
with deployments, couples living out of state, or there are just
details that make it sometimes difficult to setup "one on
one" meetings with. So between the unlimited access online
planning and a few phone calls, we can plan your wedding just as
if you were sitting right here with us. Overall, we really just
want this to be a fun and great experience for you.

Disclosure
The
only pricing structure & availability package that is
different was designed to manage the popular demand of Quality
Entertainment's owner, Jason Canaan. Please understand that unless
otherwise indicated in writing on your contract your in fact
booking "Quality Entertainment" for your wedding and
aren't guaranteed Jason Canaan unless you book the
"Presidential Wedding Entertainment Package". Please
understand that this package isn't flexible in price during our
prime booking months, however Jason & his company still
encourage you to request information about our top level staff of
wedding professionals. Clients may opt to book Jason on
availability at our normal booking rate, however other anyone at
anytime has the right to book the presidential package at which
point your wedding would be assigned to any of Quality
Entertainment's seven other professional wedding disc jockeys.
