This section is
exclusively for client's who have reserved a disc jockey event
with Quality Entertainment. The Client Area always requires
your event date and password that was emailed to
you after you signed your contract. If you haven't
received this information please just contact our office and we
will make sure you get all the information for the online
planning feature.
This is where you can create/edit/submit the specific planning
form for your upcoming event. You can also search/create a
music request list, fill out a satisfaction survey after your event, make
a payment to your account, and so much more!
Please make sure
when using this feature during the planning and music selection process
that you hit "save" and not
"submit". When you're done with all of your forms then hit "submit" and we will see all
of your event information.
If you create an iTunes account and purchase music please
understand Quality Entertainment doesn't reimburse for any
music purchases made. Should you have any questions or
issues with the iTunes software or your account please
contact their customer service or technical support
departments directly.
